select the Self Service option.
FRAUD INFO In the
event you receive a fraud detection phone call
pertaining to your debit card from either of the
following two numbers (800) 262-2024 and (866)
750-9107, please be assured that these numbers are
indeed valid.
However,
should any member receive a text message to their
cell phone from someone titled “onlinestuff.com”
stating there is an issue with your debit card and
to call the following number: 806-686-1187, please
disregard this message. This is a tactic to obtain
your card number, expiration date and CVV code.
Under no circumstances will SUN Credit Union or any
of its affiliates ever request this information via
text message. Should you have any questions
regarding this matter, please contact Member
Services at 954-967-4441.

Login to
Home Banking
Select Self
Service
Under the
Menu box titled Member request, select
Loan Application. If you have more than
one account, click on the drop down box
and select the appropriate account
number and click OK to begin your
application process.

Banking, please call 954-967-4441 and ask
to speak to a Member Service
Representative.

Please be advised that as a protective
measure to you, our Member and to SUN
Credit Union, your debit card is only
capable of being swiped as a credit
purchase once every 24 hours at any gas
station. All additional uses of your debit
card within that timeframe would require a
pin based transaction in which you must
enter your PIN. If you have any questions,
please see a Member Service
Representative.
Effective
7/14/11, SUN Credit Union Visa
credit card holders will now be able to
get their VISA Credit Card Statement
online (free of charge)! If you choose not
to enroll, you will continue to receive
your paper statement in the mail.
Click on
“VISA Online” in the menu (under the
Home Banking and Bill Pay login)
Click on
“Enroll Now”
Complete
all of the required information
Accept
the Terms of Agreement and click Submit.
If you
are already enrolled in EZ Card Info and
wish to receive e-statements you must
complete the following:
Enter
your login information
Click
Statements
Choose
Delivery Method
Select
paperless and enter the email address
that you would like to receive your
statement.
Attention!
Recently, several SUN Credit Union members
received phone calls from the following
phone number: 555-555-5555. Upon answering
this call, they were advised that their
debit card was locked and by pressing 1,
and reentering their debit card number, it
would become unlocked. Please be advised
that this is not an attempt being made by
SUN Credit Union and nor would SUN Credit
Union ever ask you to validate your
information in this manner. Should you
have any questions or have been a victim
of this fraudulent attempt, please contact
our Member Services Department at
