First time users:
- Must set up Online Banking first
- Download App on mobile device from App Store or Playlist
- Use same log on credentials as Online Banking (NOTE: If Member Number is used as Online Banking Logon ID, and is less than 6 digits, add 0 before Member Number to create 6 digits)
- Answer challenge questions
- Data rates may apply
Accounts: View account balances and transactions
Transfers: Transfer funds between accounts
Payments: Make a payment or mail a check any time, day or night
- Pay a business
- Pay a person (Popmoney)
- Manage scheduled payments
- View payments to people
Deposit: Deposit checks remotely using your device’s camera
- To enroll for Mobile Deposit Service (Remote Deposit Capture), read and accept Remote Deposit Capture Terms and Conditions
- Complete and submit Registration
- Once submitted, service should be available within two (2) business days
- Once available, Deposit tab will appear on bottom of app
- Deposit check
- Endorse back of check with signature, member number, and “RDC” or “Mobile Deposit”
- Deposit funds by taking a photo of the front and back of check
- View incoming payments from people (Popmoney)
- View deposit history
