Mobile Banking Details

First time users:

  • Must set up Online Banking first
  • Download App on mobile device from App Store or Playlist
  • Use same log on credentials as Online Banking (NOTE: If Member Number is used as Online Banking Logon ID, and is less than 6 digits, add 0 before Member Number to create 6 digits)
  • Answer challenge questions
  • Data rates may apply

Accounts: View account balances and transactions

Transfers: Transfer funds between accounts

Payments: Make a payment or mail a check any time, day or night

  • Pay a business
  • Pay a person (Popmoney)
  • Manage scheduled payments
  • View payments to people

Deposit: Deposit checks remotely using your device’s camera

  • To enroll for Mobile Deposit Service (Remote Deposit Capture), read and accept Remote Deposit Capture Terms and Conditions
  • Complete and submit Registration
    • Once submitted, service should be available within two (2) business days
    • Once available, Deposit tab will appear on bottom of app
  • Deposit check
    • Endorse back of check with signature, member number, and “RDC” or “Mobile Deposit”
    • Deposit funds by taking a photo of the front and back of check
  • View incoming payments from people (Popmoney)
  • View deposit history
