Our app and online tools make it easy to manage your finances anytime, anywhere. Follow this guide to get started and make the most of our mobile banking features.

First-Time Users

Getting started is simple:
  1. Download the SUN Credit Union Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
    • If you previously used our mobile app, delete and reinstall it to ensure you have the latest version.
  2. Log in using your member (account) number.
  3. Follow the prompts to enter your Social Security number and date of birth.
  4. Create a unique username and password.
  5. Once enrolled, use your new username and password to access Mobile Banking on any device.

Note for New Account Holders

When you open an account online, the last step of the online account opening process is to create a login for Online Banking. This login is also used for Mobile Banking. If you missed this step or have not ever established a login, follow the steps above to enroll.

Mobile Banking Features

With Mobile Banking, you’ll have 24/7 access to your accounts via suncu.org or our Mobile App. Here’s what you can do:
  • Account Management: View balances, transaction history, and manage all your accounts and shares in one place via your customized dashboard.
  • Custom Alerts: Set account alerts and payment reminders to stay on top of your finances.
  • Loan Applications: Apply for loans directly through online banking.
  • Transfers: Schedule transfers to other shares.
  • Bill Pay: Pay bills using our Bill Pay Service and send money account-to-account or person-to-person within Bill Pay.
  • Check Images: View images of cleared checks.
  • eStatements: Access electronic statements (enrollment required).
  • Secure Messaging: Contact a SUN Credit Union representative securely through the message center.
  • Debit Card Management: Set up custom alerts and turn your card on or off as needed.
